THE GAME. IN FULL VIEW.

Every player measured. Not just the ones already famous.

Vantage puts an automatic camera on academy pitches. Every match uploaded comes back as per-player verified data, cut highlights, and drills built from what that match exposed — with no coach staying up on Sunday to score it by hand.

The gap

Below the first team,
football runs on memory.

A sixteen-year-old's career turns on what a coach remembers about ninety minutes he watched from the touchline while managing substitutions. The professional game solved this a decade ago. Everyone underneath it — the academies, the youth leagues, the trial days — is still guessing, and guessing expensively.

The tools that exist were built for the top of the pyramid, priced for it, and only cover the players who are already visible.

01

Ratings are handwritten, late, and inconsistent

Coaches score their squad from memory on a Sunday night. Two coaches watching the same match produce two different sets of numbers, and neither is comparable to last month.

02

Trial days are a lottery

Three hundred players, twenty minutes each, two coaches with clipboards. Selection comes down to who was closest to the ball when someone happened to be looking.

03

A player's history disappears every transfer

Change club and the record starts over. Nobody owns a continuous account of their own development, so nobody can prove it.

04

Scouting data stops where the money already is

Wyscout and its peers cover the leagues that can pay for coverage. The talent below is unmeasured — which is exactly where the discovery value sits.

Upload to insight

One camera, one upload, one record per player

The pipeline runs unattended. A coach mounts the unit, plays the match, and opens the portal the same evening.

Step 01

Capture

A single fixed unit records the full pitch with no operator. Wearable pods are optional — where a club adds them, the camera and the pod are fused into metrics neither sensor can produce alone.

Fixed unitNo camera operatorOptional pods
Step 02

Break down

The match is split into a record for every player on the pitch: physical output, touch and pass maps, duels, positioning, plus auto-clipped highlights. Every number is traceable to the second of video it came from.

Step 03

Act

The club gets a ranked, filterable squad instead of a spreadsheet to fill in. The player gets their highlights, their trend, and drills targeting what this specific match exposed.

Vantage Portal · clubs & academies

Trial day, ranked before the players reach the car park

The camera goes up once and covers every session on that pitch — the first team, the U15s, and the four hundred hopefuls who turn up in September. Sort and filter the board below the way a coach would.

What it takes off the coach's desk

No manual ratings

The squad arrives already scored on measured output. The coach's judgement goes on top of the numbers instead of substituting for them.

Filters that hold up in an argument

Sort by verified top speed, high-intensity distance, duel rate, or position-adjusted index — and open the video behind any row.

Selection you can defend to a parent

Every cut decision has an evidenced record attached, which matters more each year at youth level.

One unit, the whole club

The same camera serves matchdays, midweek training, and trial days. Cost is amortised across every squad on the site.

Player subscription

The passport a player keeps for life

Clubs come and go. The record shouldn't. For a monthly fee the player owns a continuous, verified account of their own career — every match, every season, from the first trial onward.

Highlights cut automatically

Every touch, duel and goal from the match is clipped and attributed without anyone editing footage.

Drills built from the last match

The system reads what the match exposed — a weak side, late-half drop-off, low deceleration control — and prescribes work against it.

Progress across years, not weeks

Season on season, position by position, benchmarked against players of the same age band.

Shareable to any scout

One link to a verified record. Scouts and clubs can find a player from past performance and invite them to trial directly.

Consent-first

Discoverability is a switch the player controls. For under-18s, contact routes through a guardian before it reaches the player.

The long-term asset

Everyone sells the top of the pyramid.
We are building the bottom.

Every camera we place is a permanent collection point. A few thousand academies, recording continuously, produce something no incumbent has: measured, comparable performance data on players before anyone has heard of them.

The wide base is the defensible part. It compounds with every match recorded and cannot be bought back later.

Clubs buy discovery

Recruitment teams search measured output across regions and age bands, then invite players to trial on evidence rather than a highlight tape someone's uncle edited.

Federations buy the map

National bodies get a live picture of the talent pool they are responsible for — where output is rising, where development is stalling, which programmes work.

The flywheel

More cameras produce more data, which makes discovery worth paying for, which funds more cameras. Every year of history makes the archive harder to replicate.

Business model

Hardware pays the bills. Data compounds.

Three revenue lines that reinforce each other — the subscription that funds deployment, the consumer layer it creates, and the asset that deployment quietly builds.

01 · Clubs & academies

Camera subscription

Units are leased, not sold — a per-site monthly fee covering hardware, processing, and the portal. Every squad and every trial day on that pitch is included, which is what makes the price easy to justify against one part-time analyst.

per site / month · set your figure
02 · Players

Passport subscription

Players subscribe monthly to keep their full history, highlights, drills, and a shareable verified profile. Distribution costs nothing: they arrive already inside a club that is recording them.

03 · Clubs, scouts, federations

Data licensing

Access to bottom-up performance data for recruitment and talent planning. It is the same dataset the cameras already generate, sold to a market that currently has no way to see below the professional tier.

Why the hardware first

Cameras get us into the building and make the data exclusive. A software-only product would be scraping the same footage everyone else can.

Why players pay

The record is theirs and it is the only continuous one that exists. Cancelling means losing the proof of five years of work.

Why it defends

Installed hardware, historical depth, and player-consented coverage are three separate moats. None can be caught up on quickly.
